Good effort! Have to confess I've gone the lazier route of ordering a replacement grill as I don't trust my plastic welding skills. I fancy having a go at the conveyor though at least if I balls it up it's less visible!

That's good to know. I am replacing the grill but it's all looking a bit green behind the conveyor. Didn't fancy taking the bumper off to give it a clean.
