I used a NOCO Boost Plus GB40 to start my Maser GT when the battery went flat while it was in storage and have also used it to start my GTV Cup. Had it for over 2 years and still works fine. Decent bit of kit IMHO and saved my bacon several times when a car wouldn't restart at the petrol station!

I'd get the wheels powder coated in the OEM colour then apply the decals before a final clearcoat.
Yes, the Centennial wheels are awkward because of the trident "flashes" on each spoke. Sorry, don't have any recommendations but I assume you would have to get them refurbed using the normal method for painted wheels and then get the trident "flashes" hand finished?
I've used Shiply too for several cars without issue. Also, used local places and no issues at all. It's not rocket science transporting a car... don't overthink it! While the GT and GC are long they are not particularly low at the front.
