Due to an impending house move and relocation I'm sadly having to part with my lovely Granturismo. Most amazing car I've ever owned and I've really looked after her since I've had the pleasure. If it sounds of interest, you can view the car on Autotrader and see what I've had done over the last...
I had the same issue last year. Found a broken wire in the loom inside the rubber trunking which takes the wiring between the boot lid and the car. It was a bit of a trial to sort but eventually easy to resolder and heat wrap shrink. Been absolutely fine since. Found a few helpful YouTube...
Got a knocking sound on my 2009 Granturismo 4.7s, seemingly coming from front driver's side when cornering quite hard left, so load on driver's side. Had all lower and upper wishbone bushes and front springs replaced last summer and only done 2K miles since. Handling still seems fine and not...
I had similar issue on my 2009 4.7 GTS at last year's MOT, although fortunately it just scrapped through. On investigation found the passenger side handbrake shoe was totally shot, no lining left at all. Drivers side some delamination but okay. Turned out to be a pretty easy fix. Got new shoes...

Thanks. Yep, did plenty of adjusting looser/tighter with the manual adjusters at the hub. Just wondering what others are referring to on another thread I've seen when they've mentioned adjusting via a scan tool.
Yep, I found the actuator in the boot this morning and the cables running under the battery and fuse box. All was dry, so no water ingress (good news ) but couldn't see any manual adjusters at that end. Eurospares parts picture also suggests that there's no manual adjuster at that end, hence the...
Such great tips and advice in this forum. The passenger side of my EPB only just passed at its MOT so with the pics and advice here finally got around to looking at the handbrake shoes on my 2009 Granturismo 4.7S today. One of the shoes on the passenger side was totally shot, amazed it worked at...
