This may seem a sacrilege to spanner twirlers but we do use the other ends usefully - welded a few 17AF open ends to 19AF ratchets but loath to throw these (and more) in the scrap. Would anyone like some or all of them?
Ha, we make dozens of those for a shop in Avebury. Our local water engineers keep a pair in their vans - swear by them! That’s not the way to hold them, so I am told.
I had a similar problem when I propped the roof part open and all off for a couple of hours to service the spiral clamp motors on the solid cover. No response at all to switch after replaced parts.
Solved it by manually fully closing the hood as per manual then all sprang to life as normal.
Now fixed. Fairly straightforward to do. Worthwhile on a few levels

Pulled out the wiper motor assembly from our 2003 Spyder to clean/sort the erratic wiper parking and I wonder before I go poking with power if anyone knows the wiring? Searched here and ther but nothing useful on the Denso motor.
