I saw them put the price on it up to 155 for a short period then back down to 150 then it was removed. Be surprised it sold though tbh and suspect it may reappear at some point

I'm not sure that's what they're talking about. The email is specifically pointing to a May launch date next year. A new GT I'd guess is more than a year away. I'm still guessing mid-engined petrol supercar because why not dream!

So I tried to disappear but surprise surprise, I now feel the pull and am thinking of returning to Maserati! Got rid of the GTS last year and got a boring A8. Spoke to my sales chap and it sounds like late 2020 for first UK deliveries, no prices yet (anything from 80 to 180 is what I was told)...

Indeed, which is why I think Maserati has chased the wrong end of the market. There should be space in the Fiat lineup for a premium brand below Ferrari but which doesn't chase volume production sales numbers with lower cost mass market models competing with the 5 series/e class/a6 and mid-upper...

Perhaps, but Ferrari seems to survive without a cheap SUV...

The QP is lush but on current pricing and tech I don't see it as competing with the best from Germany. I love my GT Sport (bought new in 2016) but am trading it in for an A8. Maserati is special but I feel as though it's lost its way a bit. Spoke with my sales chap at HR Owen a couple of weeks...

Wow, quite a few in several days. Black GT(s?) parked in front of me at nuffield gym near Guildford. A QP of some sort coming towards me on the A281 heading towards Guildford, I think silver/grey and also a GT of some sort heading towards Guildford on the A281 on another day. The weather must...

Lovely bright yellow 3200(?) On the A281 heading to Guildford last week. Lots of waving and headlight flashing received and given! Also, this lovely silver GT S(?) parked in front of me this morning.

Not me anymore! Changed jobs, not driving into the big smoke these days. Although I did do a mammoth road trip to Germany a couple of weeks ago, the furthest I'm driving most of the time these days is the station :/

Well. A 5 country, 11 hour, one Eurotunnel , 500 odd mile road trip today resulted in a paltry 2 Ghibli sightings. On a more positive note, the GTS managed 160 without breaking a sweat (unlike me).

Waves back! Drove in again today, but off on hols soon.
