Wheelworx promptly collected buckled front right alloy and took that, and it’s gloss black replacement from Eurospares, away for a colour change and tyre swap.

What did you use? That's probably worn away after 12 years. They've come up well and there's a lovely smell of leather inside.
Funny how the appear tiny on that photo.. 380 mm discs are rather huge! Yes still in great shape and all 4 uprated discs are much appreciated every single time I drive that car!Discs still looking good
Does this upgrade retain the OE 6 pot callipers or are those different callipers too?Funny how the appear tiny on that photo.. 380 mm discs are rather huge! Yes still in great shape and all 4 uprated discs are much appreciated every single time I drive that car!
My hands...What did you use?
retains standard OEM calipers by using a custom bracket supplied with the discs and larger pads. I had uprated rear discs fitted too.Does this upgrade retain the OE 6 pot callipers or are those different callipers too?
Definitely worth getting it checked outStarted , and took for a wee drive. I seem to have a misfire at high revs, and a bit more than usual popping and banging on the over run. No codes though, but assuming it's running too rich?

Thanks Bebs and Zep. My QP is a prefacelift Sports GT S Automatica and came as standard with the 6 pot callipers and the 360mm Brembo dualcast discs. As Bebs said, he retained his original calipers. For an early QP, you can easily retrofit the OEM 6 pots to cars with 4 pots. Happy to advise how if needed.
Make sure you fit braided hoses as well, makes a big difference. Think Zep can supply those too now. Thanks Bebs and Zep. My QP is a prefacelift Sports GT S Automatica and came as standard with the 6 pot callipers and the 360mm Brembo dualcast discs.
My discs are nearing the end of their life, so this could be an interesting upgrade.

I believe there are several options available. You’re best off dropping Zep a PM.It would be great to get a rough price. Not sure if the prices have come down on discs? Seems that the GT's has some of the most expensive discs out there.
Funnily enough saw a white Fiat Coupe parked up in the middle of Edinburgh recently. Still look wonderful.A day off work, so a chance to get both cars out for a drive whilst the roads are still dry. Very different drives, but equally enjoyable.

Old - but how old? - Apparently after a couple of years the chemicals start to degrade, or something like that - still if it works........My hands...
Just some old autoglym leather balm...
