Hi,

didn’t know which section to post this under so happy to be redirected if not here.

I had a plate for my Ghibli which I am now selling (the car that is) so the plate will also be going up for sale seperatly.

Please see pic. I bought it for £5k two years ago to put on my 2016 Ghibli. If anyone is interested I am open to sensible offers.

This plate has often drawn more heads then the car itself. Surely there isn’t a more perfect plate for your Maser, if it is a Ghibli. Head-turner wherever it goes.

Once again, I’m sorry if this isn’t the place and will move my thread if there is another place on the forum for it.

Thanks for looking.

Maybe one for Ewan.

But you must have a lot of surplus cash to spend on that plate.

Hi safrane,

For the right Ghibli owner it is the ideal addition to their vehicle to add that head turning finishing touch. Even a cynic would have to agree that this plate is perfect for a Ghibli.

Also as I won’t be having a Ghibli anymore it is surplus to my needs, therefore I am willing to take a reasonable loss on it so that someone else can derive as much pleasure from it as it has given me.

On the same token, happy to sit on it as these things usually only appreciate with time.

Open to all sensible offers as long as long as I don’t feel the pinch to the point it hurts lol

WoW £5k on a vanity plate... clearly must make you feel special to spend that on a plate.
I‘d happy with PG 08 MAS, or PG 08 FER for £250 - PG being my initials - but there again I wouldn’t really see the benefit of spending £250 on a plate over a nice dinner with my wife in London - horses for courses I guess.

How is is altered? It looks kosher to me. It’s a great plate for the car. I just can’t see many people spending that much on it and buying something that depreciates as much as the Ghibli.the odds are If some one can afford to spend 4-5 on a vanity plate they would probably not be buying a Ghibli.

The lowercase ‘b’ for a ‘6’ is one for me..

LOL and you are a surgeon! Font and spacing is out, materially. Sure you will probably get away with it but why bother? Worth buttons IMHO.

as shown in the photos that plate would simply of been made as a "show plate" and would certainly not have any BSAU markings, it is illegal to use on a public highway, as I understand the police are trying to clamp down on this and if you are unlucky enough to be tailed by a cop car then most probably you would get pulled

Lol... love that’s it has piqued some interest even if not the buying kind.

Regards the points raised.. it’s not a show plate, genuine plate from ‘plate factory’, and secondly it is not a lower case b, it is a 6 the only thing is that the curve of the 6 was cut off, the plate is not printed it is made from carbon gel lettering and therefore the 6 was put into position and the slight curve at the top was cut of with a Stanley knife. Still a 6.

Plate has been on the car for over a year, car is in daily use not just a weekend car and have never been pulled once for the plate.
