Morning all, late to the party today, just didn’t get logged on in the first sweep this morning. Got a bit of admin to do first then two inspections in Lewisham later. The wing mirror replacement finally arrived for the van at the weekend so I should pop that on before I head out.

Much better but slow, left arm is better than right I can do most things and although it aches a lot its getting stronger. Right still a lot of pain, no strength and significant restricted movement. Can do more for myself now which is good but still loads I can't do

Fingers crossed mate it's harder the older we get to recover but good physio and hopefully you'll be back in good shape soon.

Morning, all. Holiday sounds delightful. At some point I need to investigate that. October, maybe? Tuesday am and first meeting happens in the digisphere...then some in-person stuff. Raining and supposed to only be mid-70s (F) so looks like I will be driving the pickup today...
