Definitely think that the springs were shot!!! Looked into replacements and Maserati wanted £500 for originals, the Novitecs and FD items were a little over £600 however would take weeks to turn up and the H&R’s are under £300. Went will H&R as I’m impatient and they had next day delivery...

Is anyone able to tell me what the ride height is on their ghibli please?
Wheel size and gap between top of wheel and bottom of arch or at a specific reference point underneath to the floor.
I’m not happy with the roll and the amount of times the car bottoms out at the front and middle...
Yeah, but why have a dog if you have to bark yourself. Or in this case a dog that barks after you’ve been burgled
It’s not a lot of money so will give it a go and see. Might also have a look and see whether the first half inch of movement on the pedal is just play, or actual electronic delay...
I agree catman. I’m not on about the tuning boxes in the video which mess with the boost and fuel pressure. If you’re going to do that just get a proper remap. I’m actually looking at the throttle responsive, again, not for additional power but to make it feel a bit more reactive. I find my car...
It fits between the pedal and the ecu and allows you to choose different profiles. Apparently there is no option to configure this in a remap. Be interesting to see if it just cons the ecu to think that the pedal is being pushed down further than it is or whether it’s more refined than that...
I used wicked coatings to carbon dip some parts on the Lotus. They were really helpful and got the job done to tight timeframes for me. End result was/is great! Would definitely recommend them. In fact I have sourced some spare parts for the ghibli (centre dash and door trims) and was in 2 minds...
Hey catmanV2, Yes it’s an Aerospace and was the last one made (only 25 in series) to mark the end of the Jag around 2006.
Hi BennyD, I used to be an Avionics Engineer on both 6 Sqn and then 41(F).
Nice, may have to look out for a set of those.
My modest collection:
My first Breitling and my everyday watch since 2000.
My dress watch - sadly not used as much as I’d like!!! Just love the sapphire crown.
Before I owned a real one!!! Generally only gets used if the colt ocean is being serviced.
The truly extravagant purchase. Limited...
Managed to get a set of pedals from Dave’s parts sale. The accelerator and brake were easy enough. In fact I think it’s the best designed sports pedal I’ve seen especially as there is no drilling required. Cant say the same about the footrest, what an absolute nightmare!! Lots of...
