Thanks for your kind words, it’s a significant purchase for me, but it’s a top quality car that should always return my money so my man maths says money in the bank, not money spent :p Once I get it I will post more detailed pics. I like to think these cars are the “thinking man’s Cobra” ;)

There was series 1 etype that had been converted at a local car show last month, broke my heart.

I hope not…… Current owner is 6’2 and has no problem, comments on the Tiger forum also indicate all will be well. It’s a top notch example and although it has a later 302 engine, the original 260 comes with the car.

Have to agree an XJC is a car I would love to own, but too big for current garage. I have had to rule out the Healey as it’s just too tight (I am 6’3 and carry a few pounds). I am seriously looking at the Tiger, but have never sat it one so am a little worried about leg room in that as well...

I agree most efficient way it a jet wash, but to be honest the idea is to stop people washing their cars o_O

This weekend is likely to be the last time anyone in the South will be washing their cars with a hosepipe as various bans are due to be announced in the next day or so.
