2014 qpvi i’ve read about if the battery level is low it can cause this issue so i’ll try to check that tomorrow i love this car so much but not having audio would be a huge deal breaker

radio & cd show information but no sound is played at any volume phone/bluetooth says the system is starting but never starts any ideas?
