    Philw - a business idea - assume 30% of lemans are brits and they all need a test at say 50euros, set up a pop up test centre and you will have 2.5m euros of business, may have to qualify as a doctor but you're a mechanic so halfway there!

    Matt, talking of crashes - dont get her a punto, its the worst performing car in crash tests, ever..... My lad (20) has a Focus, three cylinder 0.9ltr 140bhp which is amazing (40hp more than my Mk1 golf GTI) and cost less to insure than his crappy 53 plate corsa by £200! as its such a small engine.

    just a quickie on this topic, if you have sticky rubber coatings on mas plastics, you can remove it with isopropyl, brings it back to black plastic. Wont work on buttons obviously...

    I am planning to use one of the pioneer modular systems so i can place the actual unit in the boot and keep the current screen somewhere else. just need to keep the unit so i dont use the lighting on the buttons on the lower screen.

    has anyone got in their box of bits, a center screen bezel for a 4200 - im experimenting on replacing the useless screen with one of the new modular units from Pioneer, but need to scan for a CAD file and then cut and chop it up a bit!
