Yes, but as they’ve declared the faults they couldn’t be claimed upon after the purchase. Was the seller a trade seller?
This car is not anywhere near as desirable as your car to the vast majority of prospective purchasers. Pre facelift, red, manual, part history, faults present etc.Seems odd you wouldn't spend £350 getting the indicator fault and bushes done. Or maybe that is parts only pricing with labour on top. Maybe if they declare them as you say Dicky try to absolve responsibility for them they limit their exposure.
Seems like the seller should have sold it at the price it reached. I guess there is always that option. With the service history with too big holes and those issues it seems top money to me at over £22k. I'd be more inclined to pay a smidge more money for a straight perfect car......oh....I did
Fewer miles often means more problems.. These cars like to be usedJust shows you to buy on condition not mileage if there’s a string of faults at 13k miles.
I'm not sure I can agree with that. You can have a dog lower miler and dog high miler with loads of issues. By the same token you can have a mint lower miler and high miler with few or no issues. It is all down to how it has been kept and looked after. Clearly this red one hasn't been so well looked after and loved as much as some others and it often shows.Fewer miles often means more problems.. These cars like to be used
