As with any car, you need to ask the questions, and if the seller fails to disclose any info of relevance or tells a lie, then its a legal issue too.

Everyone wants a supercar in as good a condition as it can be with excellent history, otherwise the value is lessened and far less desirable.

Went ti look at this back in December. Damage not to bad new bumper , headlight ,door rep. full respray needed but with mileage not worth more than £5500 tops. also CAT C though surprised as not that bad.Bloke deals in damaged porkers, BM`s etc ,got impression that didn`t no much about massers and came unstuck with this 1. Dissapointed that it sounds like he trying to pull a fast one but just proves you can`t be to carefull.

I don't seem to remember him mentioning Cat C in the PH ad. Surely, that in itself is a legal issue.

Ah, Ok. However, I still think he's a chancer. One to be avoided I reckon.

Its worth more than £5k if broken for parts....
Yep, I think the general view on the forum last time was that it was probably likely to be worth £5.5k in its unrepaired condition, and that was based on having seen the car aswell I think. A suggested £5k once repaired is crazy talk!
