Yes Andy, but choosing to buy a Maserati, or any high end car for that matter, shouldn't be solely about price. If you look only for the cheapest you will probably end up wishing you hadn't. It's far better to buy on provenance. The higher up the market you go, the more true that becomes. If I couldn't buy a known car, then I'd only be buying from a well known source. These guys offer neither. Clearly a poor car from a dealer with some questionable stock.

It was Cat D, I can only think its been inspected by Autolign or such and its been reduced to a cat inspected.

Ive just done some Googling and actually Cat N is the new Cat D, they have changed it all again:

Cat A - Unchanged - for salvage only, chassis has to be destroyed
Cat B - Unchanged - Body shell to be crushed
Cat S - Formally Cat C - significant damage and to the chassis and repairable
Cat N - Formally Cat D - significant damage but not to the chassis and repairable
