Is this a SportsMaserati forum car that my friends at Trade Classics are selling? Looks lovely in the preview, can't wait for the full set of photos!

Not an interior I’ve seen before for sure. I think I’d sort the seat belt loop out before selling though.

I think thats the one that had been for sale at £19k ish for 12 month or more.

The one where the tech cloth and dash had been recovered along with the door cards in cream leather but badly so there were wrinkles all over the place.

If you look at the tech cloth to the right of the steering wheel it has a water / drink mark in it. I assume thats what prompted the attempt to recover it.

There was a video on youtube when it for for sale before the recover of the dash and door cards.

Surely they would have removed the tech cloth before recovering it? Anyhow, it’s not far, I might go and have a gander.

You would think but its probably a dash out job to do the tech cloth on the dashboard.

I presume a dealer did it to keep the cost down and just stuck it over. It was a poorly executed job. You could also see where it had twisted on the door pulls and they went straight over the side air bags.

If its the same car then it looked like somebody had put a coffee cup / drink on the dash and then knocked it over leaving a white water stain on the right side of the steering wheel.

Here is the link before it had the leather stuck on.

Clear view of the damage on the dash around 4 mins 38 on the video. Steering wheel has also been recovered.

Couple of screen shots of the interior.

If you look at the door side airbag they just seem to have covered over the top of it and its now a smooth panel.

Wrinkles in the door card and rear seats.

Needs some TLC...and some £s....lots of them...it might be the poor quality microphone in the video but that engine sounds a bit rough...

The wrinkles seem to be in the OEM parts rather than the bits that were covered. Personally I don’t mind a bit of competition tech cloth.
