2008 Granturismo telephone

Another question:

I have a 2008 Granturismo with the telephone button on the steering wheel and the SIM holder by the Nav. I've tried to press the little button in above the SIM holder thinking that would pop it out. It isn't doing that - does this mean I don't have the phone - only the buttons and SIM holder?

Hi Michael.... recently got one of these myself... and still not got the 'phone working.... sort of given up on it... but look at my thread .. and if you find the answer let me know...

So far as the sim holder is concerned ... the end of a paperclip pushed firmly on the tab immediately above the holder works for me - and yours should be identical ..

I'm in Reading... so if you are coming back to get your wheels looked at - pop in and we can compare notes ...

Michael,

just had a look at the pic of your car... I can't see the "shark fin" aerial on the roof ... which suggests to me that there is no phone fitted... you might want to check... also if you go through the telephonics menu on the head unit ..it might be able to tell you more ..
