Leg day today. I never cease to be amazed at how much pain can be inflicted with so little equipment in such a small space!

30 mile bike ride (75mins) for me this morning,[/URL]

That's a very decent average mph. What's that (without using a calculator) 28mph? Was it all down hill?

Even on a flat route on Zwift, I average circa 22 or 23mph. Your real name isn't Chris Froome is it?

Lol - I wish I had his power and his aerobic ability!

The ride this morning was 29.25 miles in 1hr 14, so was 23.5mph overall... it should have been a bit quicker as only did 4 (probably closer to 3.5) of the “effort” laps, and as a result I probably took 7-8mins more than the rest of the group to finish the 10 laps

Still a decent effort. Is that the Volcano flat route?

Just did stage one of TDZ.
Was surprised how quick I went. I guess it’s true, you do go faster when riding in a group.

Week one done. I’d say more diet based than exercise as the first working week has been brutal with several 10+ hour days getting things ready for the staff vaccination campaign which properly gets into gear from Monday. A few short sessions of hit and a more conscious effort to pay attention to what I’m putting in my gob has resulted in a decent drop... 80237
