[27-29th of september] 2nd Maserati 3200 GT european gathering in Burgundy !

After the success of the gathering organised last year in Germany for the 20th Maserati 3200 GT anniversary, Nicolas Di Cristoforo [aka Gemini] and I, decided to organise a second edition.
This second european 3200 GT gathering will be organised in Burgundy from 27th to 29th of september.
Participants will be hosted at Beaune and their number will be limited to 50 (passengers included).

This gathering is exclusively opened to 3200 GT's owners.

Hi all.
Just a little reminder in case you forgot to register to the event.
We have already 16 3200GT registered.
Still have place for 8 cars.
At the moment, only Keith with his superb 3200gt rosso indianapolis comes from UK, I really hope he will not be the only one.

So, what happens when 26 3200GT meet in Burgundy?

  1. Cost of the wine brought home far exceeds the cost of gasoline.
  2. No breakdown, one throttle body had to be replaced the Sunday, but the car was quickly put back on the road with the help of some fellow owners (we had quite a lot spares, throttle body, throttle pot, crankshaft sensor, oil, alternator, but except the throttle body, it was not needed).
  3. Many passers-by have remained speechless, a procession of 26 Maserati is unusual, even in Burgundy.
  4. We all had a blast.

Looks like you all had a blast, as said , gutted I couldn't attend this year.the sight of so many together really is quite special.

Last year, I drove mainly in first position, this year I was mostly in the last cars, and the view of this snake-shaped convoy of 3200GT is indeed quite something.
We missed you Lozzer, but we'll have other opportunities. Maybe next year, or the following.
