Is that your wife Andyk?
If so, i can understand you wanting to be different or odd even, to hold her attention.
I would not hesitate for a second choosing the 6 manual in that case either!:shy2:

Understand completely now why you would want to drive a biturbo Maserati.
Suppose you are happy making appointments because of limpmodes, CELS, ERRORS etc.

Wow, you are so lucky.

Wish it was Boomerang..Its my mechanic...

Just seen this, is the 'mechanic' your old Avatar? Was just looking at 3200's for sale. Eleven in total on PH now. Funny that 8/11 are manual and 4 or 5 of the ads say the 'sought after/rare' manual gearbox. Clearly not; there aren't any which stand out to be good value really. The Tubi'd one in West Sussex at £12994 seems about the best around.

Just bought the GTA and not having experience of the manual, I can only say this; yearsago I hired a 6 speed manual and it drove me crazy. I was constantly having to change gear and by the end of the day driving around, my left arm was about to give up the ghost. The 4 speed auto is well suited to the 3200, get's through the range at ease and the engine/exhaust note sounds really well. For the fractions of a second you lose with the auto, you gain with trouble free driving. Both hands on the wheel, just enjoy the ride!

Hi Phil,

I will try my very best. So far, so good, no issues. When late spring arrives, we will take her down in to France for a spin. If I can sneak her up to top speed for a short didtance, that will see how good she really is.

Cheers

I agree, I'm thinking of having a special number plate made up for the cameras, with a discreet inbuilt message, what do you think??
If I happen to see you over there I will buy you a beer.
