You should have received an email from wetravel to remind you to pay the next installment.

I don't know why it doesn't work, I haven't received anything either.
I've contacted the support team but I will have no answer before monday.
Could you log in manually in wetravel.com, select "manage your booking" and pay the next installment now?
Again, it's the first time I use wetravel.com so, please, be understanding.
On another subject, I have received yesterday an email form the schloss Eberstein, with a picture of the eventroom as it will be set up for the dinner, asking if it was what I expected. It seems ok to me
Hi Nicolas, when I log into we travel /my trips it says I have not joined any trips yet?. The only option for me would be to join from the beginning again, but having just checked, the deposit was definitely paid. I cannot see an option to "manage your booking". Confused lol.
And the problems don't end there. I got into my "we travel" account and tried to pay the remaining balance and there appears to be a bug on the month entry for my card and it only allows one digit for month and then refuses to process the payment because the month format is wrong so I cannot pay the remaining. I tried explorer and opera so its not a browser dependent problem. I will take it up with Wetravel but just so you know its not plane sailing!
Sorted for me now, turns out the email address they held for me was incorrect. Davy, there was still no proviso to enter 0x for the card date but payment went through with just the single digit.
The primary bug in the we travel web site is fixed although if the expiry month on your card is 2 digits (10,11, or 12) you still cant make payments. They "reached out to me" to tell me about the "improvements". Just admitting it doesn't work and fixing it properly would have done.
