NOW SOLD

I have decided to sell my Maserati, thought I would list it here first, before putting it on the dreaded eBay
I purchased this car back in 2018, the previous owner had had it damaged by the garage when it was in for a service ( backed into a post)
The garage paid out on the car, a deal was done directly with the owner, I believe that the previous owner kept the car as part of the deal.
Hence this was not put through the insurance, and so is not recorded as accident damaged and is hpi clear.

Was very light damage to rear bumper, boot lid.
Also a crease in the lower back panel, which I’ve repaired.
Comes with original rear bumper that just requires painting as it’s scratched, that’s how light the damage was.
I have a replacement boot lid with spoiler that just requires painting.
A set of new parking sensors also included.
And everything else to complete the car is included.

Required to finish, boot/bumper/ rear end painting.
Boot trim panels refitting.
Recommissioning, is a service, mot etc.
Also I drove it out of my garage yesterday for the first time in 3 years, with no problem apart from it keeps stalling in gear, revs up and ticks over great, just stalls sometimes in drive.
I am not sure if this is because it’s not been used, as it drove fine beforehand.
Or it could require the PIS setting up.
Only selling now as I’ve had to retire due to health problems, I’ve not done anything to it for the last couple of years, apart from adding fuel and starting it every couple of months, and running it up to temperature.
It’s been on axle stands all that time in my garage, under its bespoke cover.
The car has done 54000 miles, plenty of service history, clutch replaced at around 52000.
Rest of car is excellent, unmarked wheels, with as new Pirelli tyres.
I’ve also fitted a pair of brand new quicksilver stainless rear exhausts, at a cost of almost £1000, original exhaust included. Sounds awesome.
Comes with 2 keys, receipts for work carried out, owners manuals, tool kit, etc

Overall a really nice example of a facelift 2005 car, with a little bit of work recommissioning and around £500 of paint work it would be worth £12000 to £15000
Viewings welcome, Worksop Nottinghamshire
I am looking for around £7500 for the car for quick sale.
Anything else please message me, any offers etc
May even consider a part exchange for anything interesting, that does not require any work, car or even a caravan, Cash either way, thanks Paul

Looks like a nice car. Seems very reasonable for someone that can do most of the work as long as the engine is ok.

Hi Paul,

I have a 1994 Mercedes SL 320 (R129). It is left hand drive, and has 35k miles, and is in Excellent condition, although the wheels need to be refurbished. I have a spare NOS AMG wheel aswell. It has AMG split rims, Brabus lowered suspension and Brabus exhaust. Would this interest you as a part exchange? If so, I can send some photos.

thanks,

Justin.

The stalling will be lack of use but 9/10 its the airflow meter or the pedal pot. Try disconnecting the MAF and see if it improves.
