That is remarkable value for money.
Not quite as elegant as the 550/575m but a massive step on in performance and handling.

Can't afford it but keeping looking at this :shy1:

Higher than average milage one would presume, 599's look like a **** of a car for the money.

Can anyone burst my virtual bubble?
Like the colour combo, I much prefer the look of the front engined Fezzas to those with the engine amidships with just one exception. I don't know why but it has always been one of my favourites probably those sharp Bertone lines

I really like these too. Much preferable to my eyes than the curvy Dino and the 308 that followed.

The 599 is not the best looking Ferrari by a long chalk, but it has grown on me a little.

I do like the tan leather and the metallic red (whose name I haven't bothered to look up)

Most of all that engine!!!!

I like to think it would put extra hairs on my chest driving it.

No relation what so ever but my first V12 is the XJR-S and I now have all the manual gearbox parts, project begins....

I'd like this to be my second V12 if the stars should align!

I've been looking at that advert also. What a car. In the best colour way also. (I think that's "Rubino" red, but I could well be wrong.)

Mega cars. Mega running costs. Early ceramic discs, for example, can easily be £15k to replace.

These used to be early California money, aka £55-60k. They’ll soon be £80-100+ soon, especially for the HGT pack variants.

Heard someone today describe grey/white/black cars as “depression coloured cars”
I think it used to be a fashion (gold cars in the 70s, white cars in the 80s - I never chose the colour as always bought used but had white XR3, Opel Ascona, MX5, 928S4 and 911 cab from that era) but this switched to resale value, especially with the advent of PCP, where dealers would guide to the colours that were the most likely to resell easily and secure the best price - greys, black and white on certain models. I suspect some of the 'primer' colours like Nardo grey will soon be associated with the past 5 years.

Of course, some colour ways should never have been allowed, like this currently up for auction......
