7th December- Silverstone Photo Shoot & Parade Lap! Xmas meet

All,

I have posted this as a new thread to clarify things a bit although it is mentioned in the Karting Thread.

I have negotiated the use of Silverstone circuit for a photo shoot & parade lap on the 7th December.

This is planned to fit in between the Xmas karting event & evening get together in MK. ( see Miles other threads for details)

The Track is operational that day, so we even get to see some club racing!
Agenda.
Photo Shoot-2.30-300pm
We can have use Start & Finish Pit Lane until Racing finishes at 3.00pm.
Suggest some SM boards could be made up, with us all lined upwith the pits & the Wing as the back drop? Matt what do you think?
Do we have any budding David Baileys amongst us??
Silverstone may want to use us in their 2014 publicity material! Great exposure for the Forum!

3.00pm- 3.30pm
Full Parade lap of the Main Circuit , starting & Finishing at the Wing !
Get your Video Cameras charged up!
All Owners are Welcome, Even if you cannot make the Karting event.

I have provisionally booked in 25 cars,

If you need a photographer, I've know someone who's got the skills & would be more than happy to help out (providing he's free) - let me know if you want me to ask

Sounds great. So we head to Silverstone after the karting.

This is going to be one full on day!

Excellent Tommo. Let us know as soon as you can would you, as if I need to find an alternative photographer I have someone I can call, but will need to give them a bit of notice.

He's up for it, he's bringing his son with him for a day out, so that's cool. I'll speak with him in the week.
