We've decided we want a QPV obviously a LHD for over here but boy they are worth some money.
Even one with gearbox issues is €13,000 non negotiable.
Will be most likely buying outside of France as I enjoy the fun of the chase.
No immediate rush and wouldn't mind a project to put my skills to use.
If anyone sees anything let me know :)

Surely a left hand drive in the UK will show up Phil we can all help you do the deal. I would strongly advise the ZF auto and I’m not going to insult you by telling you what to look for :p

Would consider a *** import but did she some shockers that came into NZ.
Main priority is LHD as it will be so much easier here being a large car.

A Japanese import is likely to be too dear as shipping costs have climbed markedly. A U.K. example incurs VAT when imported into France.

I know the ZF auto is the sensible option but I do like the dry sump motor and Cambio Corsa.

How common are they in Italy, always thought tax worked against big cars - Belgium & Holland always seems to have good supply of most LHD cars from my numerous internet searches as like you bringing cars into Ireland from UK is no longer an option due to the various taxes incurred

Tis true. A friends has a habit of importing Ferraris from Hong Kong. Prices went from around $2.5k to many, many multiples of that. Dropped back a bit now but still eye-watering.
