Maybe about to pull the trigger on a 2012 GTS.

Looks good insdie and out ,2 owners, FSH, reputable dealer who seems to know his stuff about this type of car.

Checking the MOT history and found this, Anything to discuss with him?

Hmmm. Well the anti roll bar drop links weren’t replaced between MOTs, some people do any advisories, in this case they didn’t. The rear discs being scored might be because the pads were worn out before replacement but wouldn’t know without seeing them.

I would have a thorough inspection and want the discs, pads and drop links replaced as a minimum.

Hopefully that advisory oil leak has been fixed and not just missed by the most recent MOT tester.
It may be a very small leak, even just misting but that's not to say that it is cheap to fix

They seem keen to make sure things are right for the sale, so i can't see it being more than a "oh by the way, can you sort this please?"

ARB drop links and rear discs/pads are some off the cheaper things to replace on these cars so should not put you off.

This is handy to know, it's a great example. But double checking it all over as it would be my first one.
