Anyone got the LED matrix lights?

Quick question.. does anyone have the LED matrix headlights?
If so, mine has a querk, whereby if I start the car in the dark (headlights set to auto, Full beam assist on and indicator stalk pushed forward), then when the seatbelt warning lights go out, the top left of the display goes blank, so I lose the cruise control light, the distance setting (for radar) and the lane departure graphics.
If I turn off the full beam assist and back on again it all returns.
I know it sounds daft but surely I shouldn't have to go in the menu and disable / enable the full beam assist everytime I want to drive in the dark??
If I drive anywhere in daylight there is no issue.

Anyone else have this (or could try for me :) )
I have mentioned it to the dealer and amazingly they are going to look at it and haven't mentioned it wont be covered... (yet! haha)

More warranty woes... I hope not.
Its going in for its 25k mile service with 3 niggles, the one above, a rattle from the passenger headrest and the infamous handle. They came straight back with the handle one and not the others so hopefully it'll be ok...

Yep.. more warranty woes. More to the point they have had the car twice now and the issue isn't solved.
I really need to know if this behaviour is normal.
You can work round it but not sure it's.normal.
For the main beam assist you have it selected in the centre options.. then you need to press the indicator stalk forward (and leave it there). That's how I always leave it. If you start the car with the stalk pushed forward and its dark the cruise light disappears. If you pull the stalk forward before you start then it's all as it should be.
Surely this isn't as it should be? Anyone with these features who can try?
