Livers can actually re generate as you probably know, given a short but reasonable length of time. So that says something about the initial design of the human body and it’s sub systems.

Curiously my liver function and visceral fat test out as fine. Right now, I'm proper low carbing as well and the weight is dropping off like no one's business. Which is great!

Yes coffee is my day drug . Another challenge is trying to low carb, most LA drinks are not low carb....

Another straight 10 hours sleep last night. Some slight muscle aches in the evening that paracetamol knocked off.

Feel absolutely great this morning apart from feeling like I've been punched in the arm.

Well, that was a night!, felt fine on saturday, even managed to go to work in the afternoon, then in the evening started to get the shivers, and a bit head achy, woke at midnight and all I could see was this picture of a chart showing the ineffectiveness of the AZ vaccine, and it wouldn't go away, was also convinced that anyone who had the AZ would be dead in a few years , as it was designed that way, but anyone who had the phizer was safe, and that this was all part of a worldwide plot by every government as they had decided the world was too overcrowded, and had released covid as a way of reducing the world population by at least 50%. Guess I was out of it for a while! feel fine now.

I'm 44. My doctors phoned me on Saturday. I'm booked in for my first jab on Saturday morning and the next one 12 weeks later. Louise, who suffers from Rheumatoid Arthritis and has a weakend immune system has n't heard a dicky bird.
