Thoughts please on getting a baby Seat safely rigged up in the rear of a two seater strad? Is this possible and has this been done, who can guide me

No chance. There is no isofix and no seatbelts. If you were really determined you could find the seatbelt mounts, but I am thinking insurance would be an issue.

Apart from the technical difficulties/cost with having to create secure anchor points I would imagine insurance will be tricky

It would be a monumental amount of effort, buy a roof rack....or a car just for the baby. Or swap for a 4 seat Stradale.

Are you trying to convince yourself or said babies mother that a 2 seat Strad is a suitable motor for a growing family?!?... think you may be on the loosing side.

I can't recall what the rear is like in the Strad (anyone got a picture?) Is it really that different underneath whatever trim panels are in there? I'd be surprised if the metal work underneath wasn't the same? You wouldn't need seats, just the Isofix anchor points, and they're bolted to the bodywork, not the seat.
In fact, I've removed the base of my rear seat to prevent it getting dented and damaged from the baby seat and it fits lovely! (also no spillages on the seat)

The insurance implications of making a two seater, three, is a different matter though.

I really don’t think that having a baby is worth the sacrifice of having to swap from 2 seat Strad to a 4 seat version.;)
I disagree....I'll buy it at a silly low price to help you out so you can buy a nice 4 seater. Problem solved

You have to ask why would you have a baby when you have a 2 seater. I would however offer myself up for a straight swap with a family friendly 4 door because I am just that kind of caring person.

Could you not get a rear seat from a scrapper and pop it in? Fixing points will be there for both standard seat and isofix... and I guess the interior is black so lots of choice.

Buy another car it’ll be cheaper or get an old woman with a pointy stick (even cheaper)

Look at your registration document, what does it say for number of seats? If it says 2 you can’t do anything
