Yeah, I’m not sure what’s off putting about a W12, the delivery is glorious is it not?

Utterly sublime. I think it was Clarkson (spit) who said "It's like being picked up by an iron hand in a velvet glove and hurled at the horizon"

Or I could be making it up.

Interesting to note that the 2007 Mulliner on www.themarket.co.uk online auction is currently standing at £15750 and probably cost originally around £150k with options whilst the 2008 Maserati GT 4.2 currently stands at £16250 yet probably was purchased for a fair amount less than £100k when new. We often complain on here about Maserati depreciation but, other than left field stuff (like Morgans), it would be interesting to see what else has materially stronger residuals? Not a Bentley!

charming, do you have one then

I do, and it's an outstanding car. I doubt your view of the Bentley Continental is based on any meaningful personal experience and your generalised insult towards owners just shows your level of intellect. I'm no great fan of some of your cars, but I don't feel the need to insult you because of your choices.

blame mr crud, he planted the thought in my head, I'm easily lead and I'm suffering from full english breakfast withdrawal symptons

I'm here to help, and always happy to do so. Glad to be of service.

Now, where next is ripe for trouble? Perhaps I could go and plant a large Union Jack in a prominent square in Buenos Aires.
