Hi guys I am new in the forum,

I have a business (workshop) and make two orders Near to 4000€ , I only received small parts with small value (338€) I give the opportunity to refund with only excuses from one month.

I loose my best customer with a good collection of cars for the delays and my money.

I go to put a legal demand on the court , European authorities and report that to cybercrime police.

I read that post later, 2 days ago if I read that before maybe...
To a couple of hundred euros is one thing but to lose customers is even worse. Why haven't the Dutch police shut this fraudster down.

I’ve spoken to Koen and handed him an olive branch. KB accepts his issues and I’ve iffered to help sort it with him.

Whilst we formulate a plan can I ask that no more negatives are posted during this period.

It seemed the adult thing to do.
Hi,

I made the mistake to order parts from KJB Parts... Unfortunately I discovered your thread only after I ordered and paid. As he did not answer anymore and googled... It’s exactly the same story/fraud pattern as with others. Fast replies up to the payment then nothing and of course no parts. How does he manage to stay in business?

Unfortunately for him I am lawyer and will take care of it.

Thanks for the plateforme and beware

How these sort of people are allowed to trade is beyond me, the evidence is there in droves - the sooner these sort of businesses are shut down the better

I had issues trading with a Dutch company with parts for my 968. Sorted in the end but they lied. It seems amazing this modern stuff. But it’s like the old days. Turn up, look, pay in cash if you want it, otherwise leave.

In England, ordered parts from KJB and paid immediately upon request via bank transfer in July 2020. Still awaiting goods. Sent numerous emails. Received obtuse messages from Koen via email promising to call etc but he never did call. Now looking into how I can obtain an EU Small Claims Court ruling against KJB Parts.

It is tragic that a small group of global independent people like ourselves who simply need a few parts to keep our hobby alive and our old Biturbos safely on the road end up dealing with a man like this.

The Dutch authorities sit silently failing in their statutory duties to prosecute fraudsters on their doorstep.

If it were not for Covid I'd gladly cross the English Channel and drive to see the "garage"/ dismantling workshops and collect either my goods or my money. Anyone want to join me?

One man brings the reputation of classic cars hobbyists in the Maserati world into total disrepute. Shame on him.

Didn't someone earlier in this thread who lived nearby threaten to visit him imminently to collect their parts/cash and he subsequently coughed up the refund prior to their arrival

Sounds like an essential journey to me, someone should make it for sure.

Hence why a visit, by many, might persuade him to cease trading/ripping people off. He is in essence a thief, fraudster and downright bad person.

At 08.50 21 Nov 20 I received an email from Koen following my comments earlier today on this forum.

He claims he "will refund me Euro 175 now."

I hope he does. I will report back.

This is all so sad and unecessary. At the end of the day we are just a bunch of aficionados wanting to keep our fun cars on the road and have a little bit of harmless pleasure.

It seems unlikely, but I hope he does. Surprised he can stand to read the forum, really.
