Just had these delivered for the ongoing brake upgrade. Choice of colours too.
With delivery they worked out as £122/€129. Only ordered on Monday.
They sent a 10% discount code if anyone is interested and a pack of haribo. Woohoo. See pic.

Not heard of them. I've used Goodridge or Hel Performance but for a small packet of Haribo, I can see what swung you to them.

I couldn't find any goodridge online for the qp and other manufacturers did not have all the rubber grommets.
HEL have a QP set but their site uses a generic image - maybe their lines have the grommets? If not, as QP/GT/GC lines are shared, would it be worth contacting Goodridge for a group buy? Have always found them to be most helpful. OEM part numbers change depending on year but I believe them to be the same spec.

Quite possibly they do, but it was listed as 4.2 on the website and no gt/gc so did not bother with them. Happy with what I have. Great quality being German.

What's the advantage of replacing existing lines with these?
Eb

Being braided they won't expand when the pedal is pressed and they are pressurised. My hoses on the 4200 needed to be changed and put braided ones on. They made a significant difference to the feel of the pedal (but of course, replacement OEM's would probably have been an improvement as well!)

I have spoken to Goodridge in the past, they weren’t able to offer a big discount, at best they would do was free postage.

Price wasn't the primary thought. Rather, perhaps QP/GT/GC owners might like Goodridge as an option. Certainly their coupe lines have proven popular here. Can't recall if those were originally made as a one off though - maybe Goodridge would be willing if there was enough interest and a "spare" set of lines were available to copy.

Indeed. I have a set of hoses for that eventuality, it’s been on the list for a while.
