I think 20% VAT and 10% customs import duty as well, so you're looking at 30% of the cost plus shipping; so you're up to about £75K, then it may need some mods if the US lighting specs don't meet type approval over here (I have no idea if that's the case, but I do know some US cars have odd differences – e.g indicators same as tail lights
) . And probably more to insure due to odd history; and then you have a car which has much less resale value as the wheel is on the wrong side. Doesn't look such a bargain to me.
