Can’t see the heads being off a 962 they ran various forms of 930/934/935 flat sixes, basically the air cooled 911 engine.

That’s a huge amount of money for a 100k mile Porsche that looks like it’s sat in a barn for 10 years.
Fair crack of the whip! Its done 93k miles for a 32 year old car. Anyone here trying to sell an 06 gs with over 40k miles goes into full bedwetting mode about how this is not high mileage. Having two 928 in my driveway and 2 GS, i not only have more faith in the porsche to handle higher mileage without breaking the bank... But the 928 is the sort of car one could easily rack up a few hundred miles in a single journey and find the experience quite exhilarating... Esp the 928GT. In oz, most 928 S4 for sale right now are on the wrong side of 100k miles... Some are closer to 200k miles. I dont find the 34k an obnoxious asking price given rarity, mileage, servicing and ownership history. Presuming it can be had for 31 to 32k...i think it's a fair price. Were it an S4 auto you'd ideally want it for 20 to 25% less.

Now pay attention 007...

Of course they run a flat 6 and in the beginning the engine was related somewhat to the 930/934/935 with aircooled cylinders, but water cooled heads. The one which provided the tech for the 928 was so far removed from a 911 aircooled engine, the only common link was the manufacturer... A little hint - that 962 powerplant was entirely watercooled. In addition it had 24 valves and 4 cams...

And heads are modular in design - just like the 4-cyl E30 M3 head is a 6-cyl M88/S38 M1/M5/M6 head with the last two cylinders chopped off so are the 928 S3/4 heads, which borrowed combustion chamber design, port shape and size, valve angles etc and then added an extra cylinder....

Interesting!
I knew that water-cooled heads were introduced on some special "air-cooled" (Oil cooled in reality) 911 engines including the 959. Makes sense that race engines based on 911 power unit would expand that idea.

Oh quite a lot of love wee there. Although I have to note the wear on the towing hook ;). and some of the panel gaps!

In total just 13 cars were fully prepared for the trophy series, despite Alfa Romeo offering a 25% discount on the list price of a new SZ so a a rare beast

A lot of SAAB love on here and fast-ish estates are always cool, but if you think your estate should be slower and have more luggage capacity, I present you with this:

Comes with matching limo if you fancy undertaking an undertaking as an undertaker:

3 9-3 convertibles are also available.

Here's a German Mexico up for grabs, it's a 1971 model which is a very good year to be born in. It's currently at €82,500 with 3 hours to go.

Which reminds me, it's just over 3 years to the day since Mexico beat Germany in the world cup...
