Same here, although two weeks ago I wondered myself whether I was mad as the water froze on the car as I washed it!

It had never happened to me before, but it felt very odd as I shifted sheet ice with the shammy!

I do the same. When the car is soaked its so easy to wash away dirt. And it is also environmentally friendly as it takes half as much water from the tap.

Washed 2 of mine the other weekend. -1 and it froze between hosing off most of the loose dirt to bucket wash and then when trying to dry a little

Yep, did that last weekend in sub zero temps, no sooner had the water hit the car it froze, attached the jet wash to the hot tap, that sorted it
