Cracking day out in lovely weather. There didn't seem to be so many cars there (only 3 Maserati - me, Mike and one other) but there was some great stuff.
McLaren Senna was star of the show but too computer designed for me. F12TdF was special and the Lamborghini Urus vast but the Daytona and F40 were the ones for me.
Had a chat with the guy from McLaren who was having kittens about the number of people around the Senna. They'd only got the ropes the night before and there wasn't enough nor were they long enough. The car belongs to the guy who owns the dealership (based in Glasgow) and it had been trailered down. He's also got a couple of P1s salted away.
Good variety of cars. Probably one of the rarest a Fiat 131 Abarth. Owner recently paid just short of €60k for it from southern Ireland with no paperwork!! Had to go through hoops with Fiat to get it certified as genuine, and unbelievably he managed to track down the first Italian owner who had some pictures of it taken over 30 years ago!
