Cigars

I've only had MonteCristos and Romeo Y Juliets.

I'd like to avoid the ashtray mouth in the morning.

I drink everything.
Cigars usually had with vintage port, sometimes a big glass of Malbec or Syrah.

Will all cigars give me that ashtray morning mouth?
Guessing I should try a whiskey, rum, brandy or. A liqueur with a cigar as well.

Those with more knowledge, I'd be keen to learn from your experience and recommendations.

If you only smoke cigars once or twice a year then you will notice the ‘ashtray mouth’ much more.
Smoke on a regular basis, say once a week or twice a month, it will become less so.
Often it doesn’t help that an irregular cigar smoker tend to have that cigar on a ‘big’ evening with lots of alcohol.. and it therefore feels far worse in the morning. Does that help? ;)

Did quite a bit of work on the garage today so a mid week Bolivar Royal Corona seems appropriate..

My Grandad used to smoke quality cigars all the time, his habit gets a mention in the BBC2 music documentary he appeared in, the footage he and my Nan are in was shot in the '80s....

My Dad went through a period of smoking King Edwards for a while, they smelled to me like coffee!
