I've just driven down to Frankie Wankhands, apparently, looking like a knob. A lovely day for top down motoring and I'll never meet anybody I passed who thought I was a knob. My advice; if you are so insecure as to your personal image and what people think about it, don't buy a noisy, open top Italian car. However, if, like me, you couldn't give a toss, buy one and have a great time. IMO, the only people who look like knobs driving a convertible are the fuckwits that drive them with the roof up, in any weather except a storm with a name.

Undeniable logic there Ian. Love it!

Never felt like a cock when I had my GS Spyder - but did after I sold it to MrPea through RG!

Quite right, too. After all, plenty of us know that you're a monumental bellend, Ben, and you don't give a flying ****. Happy days all round!

I think the same Adam....like it on a GT S but not on the FF.

My FF would be TDF Blue/Tan or Grigio Silverstone/Tan or Nero Daytona/Tan or Ferrari Red with.....mmm....yes Tan! I like the Tan interiors on the FF!!

I like the tan interiors too especially with the Daytona-esque seats.

I’d really like to see one in a dark metallic green with tan interior

Well if no one likes it and they cant sell it, I'll take it, straight swap for my GS seems fair enough...

Over 55 in a convertible Ferrari will make you look like a knob.

Under 55 in a convertible Ferrari will still make you look like a knob.

Being in a Ferrari of any kind in London makes you a knob.

To some people.

The problem if I drove a Ferrari is that people think my parents have bought it for me.

Who gives a toss. I had a friend at uni who had a Porsche 911 and under his number plate it said “sponsored by daddy”.

We can share one, Dean. Grigio Silverstone or TDF blue with that biscuity tan (Cuioiouoiuiuouo or something like that) interior. Yum yum yum!

That's because you look so bloody young, hoyin! Us Europeans weather far worse than you ever will. Which is a blessing: it means we get to drive round in nice cars looking so bloody ravaged and knackered that it's clear we've invested a lifetime of angst and strain to be able to pay for the bloody thing. We've earned the right to look like nobs, that's how I see it. :)

Why don't we split one 4 ways then a week a month each.

30k in day one and what 1k per year each.

Sounds like a mad plan - but hey, why not ?
We would need a mileage restriction tho, which would probably mean I could only collect and deliver to the South...loll...
