Apologies if this is thread hijacking but I have an '05 GranSport that may be available. Having only done c.600 miles in it last year (and some of those were for a service at Shiltech and it's MOT - no advisories, in September) and now owning an E63 for a bonkers V8 fix, I could use the garage space back. The GS was formerly owned by @hashluck of this parish and bought by me from Richard Grace Cars in September 2018. Whilst it has a few more miles than some at 72990, you would not know it to look at and drive, the history folder is pretty substantial. Please message for further details if interested.

Super car with very substantial history file as you might imagine :)
Unique and rather lovely interior as well

Lovely black and tan seats if I recall correctly.

How come prices for the GS are so low in the UK? Is that representative for the entire used car market? In mainland europe it is rather the other way around these days. Prices of used cars are firm. A low-ish mileage GS would fetch around 40k here = approx GBP 36k

On that basis it's almost worth converting them to LHD and flogging them on the continent. Bit late now though - Brexshit.

OP, another vote for the higher mileage car - better colour combo, being used is a good thing (just check the clutch wear and brakes discs). Another thing to look for is MOT advisories for suspension arm ball joints. Molto Costoso!

There is a low miles LHD car for sale in the UK. Cheap by euro prices no idea of its history though its an ex Dubai car. No knowledge of the company selling it either.

Quite reserved by Arabic standards. A nice yellow seat insert would surely have slotted in rather nicely?
Most of the cars in the Middle East have absolutely no service history whatsoever.......and where there is, it’ll be stamped with “Inshallah”.

Even main dealer service standards were, let’s just say, less than you would perhaps expect.

You’d be mental in my opinion to go within a sand dune of it..... like the one in the engine bay (not quite sure why you’d advertise that)

apologies if that gives any of you the hump.

Is it the camera angle or does the boot look out of line on the right side at near the light and down to the bumper.

I don’t mind the red/burgundy seats but it’s the red dashboard that I am not keen on.

This one looks nice and appears to have been purchased from Richard Grace cars:

Wow the engine bay on the Dubai car what a shocker indeed.
I wonder what the air filter looks like ????
As for the one on Car and Classic that is a Stunner great combination and history too.

This car is definitely not cheap by euro standards. You can buy sh!te cars for low prices here as well. (and this car isn't even UK registered...)

I was obviously referring to good examples.

I was refering to post #46 from Chris. I presume prices are much higher where he is to even consider converting a RHD drive car to LHD.

There's no helping you then...this is just a gorgeous colour combination..!
Never thought Id be persuaded by red but beige is common as .....
Thats the same colour as my interior! Its 'Bordeaux' and anyone who doesnt like it cannot be trusted! (This coming from someone who loathes the colour red and everything it stands for)
