Hi All,

Let me start with a thank you - I’ve been a background member for a while now and learnt a great deal over my few years of ownership from you all. I’ve never really had a problem until now...

I’m looking for a decent bodyshop to respray my rear bumper. The damage is fairly light and was expecting the job to be ~£600 but the quotes I have received so far range from £1500 to £3200!

Any tips/recommendations would be very gratefully received.

Thanks!45F6F76D-B60C-4543-A3C6-A2F63204D600.jpeg

Bloody ****. Chipsaway would probably sort that. I can imagine if you did the whole bumper it might add up a bit.

A good cutting polish (Tcut) would take 80% of that out.

My bodyshop who sprays many of the forums Maseratis would charge £300 for that cash.

Ital Coachworks is where I would go. In Wembley, do loads of work for bmw park lane, are good chaps and reasonably priced.

Steve at "Chips away" in Reading would make that mint for very little money.. (He's done quite a bit for me when my wife has grazed her Land Rover - some more serious than that) - He also preps high end cars for the local dealers - Mercs Lambo's Astons etc..
If it does need spraying then Tyrone at Riviera Auto Body (again Reading area) is your man.. Specialising in high end stuff (Singer Porches etc).. Top work at sensible money..
