Dan the steering wheel was alcantar also i don't like the stuff. I remember yours being far more opulent inside.

It is a lovely car but it's not a Maserati of old. It seems more German and less flamboyant.

I am not slating it I would have one like a shot, it just is so far removed from what I am used to in a Maserati. I think it's just lost a little of it's soul along the way, the same thing can be said of the new range of Alfas. It's all about margins, but on the plus side it should secure the marque for years to come.

It is an MC shift and it is much the same as the CC just a little more refined.

The worst part was getting back in the GS it made it feel very dated which is a testament to the GTS.

NOOOO....Love Alcantara.....Had a number of steering wheels made of the stuff...OK on a Lotus.....Starnge but for me made the car feel more alive as if I should be on the track.

Matt agree with you about the interior they have lost some of the magic....Don't think it's bad just not as personal if you know what I mean.

alcantara can be nice depending on the car i find....i do prefer leather for seats as that was my problem with the GTV cup it never had leather but it does go well without leather also depends on the car....

Ah, ok Dem, understand.

I will still have one, but not for 18 months. I will probably have my mates car off him, he gets bored easily, and he will just take it to Meridien and get a laughable trade in, so I will offer him £1 more!

The up side is, with the exhaust, I dont think there are any upgrades I would do, maybe springs, and have the alcantar taken out and replaced with leather.
