But I want it NOW! (stamps foot petulantly)
Especially since I've got some Blaupunkt headunit faults ('phone, Navteq which are shown as installed but have no volts IMO). And the Navi that I want to update ~ where do I see the last map version #?

Are there seperate from the head unit fuses for 'phone and Navteq?
How to I get to see what connectors are connected to the headunit?
Which panel is needed to prise off by secret method?

Is this any good meantime?

Here's pics of GSM 'phone module. But don't see seperate fuse there so guess it's seperately fused at head unit?
Where does this unit live in an M139 '08MY?

Wouldn't bother with it - 2G only, interface is unbelievably frustrating, old-tech.
Oh yes! But I like olde OEM fitted stuff ~ updated where ever possible. Got the olde 2G in my '03MY Range Rover working with its attendant handsfree. But this OEM-fitted handset doesn't even light up.

I had an analogue 'phone that used to work into Crystal Palace / Alexandra Palace for years in a Rover P6 before BT switched off the service. It was kinda cool getting down as far as Hands Cross in Sussex and still being able to make a call before the South Downs blocked out VHF coverage. "Hello, operator here <crackle, hiss, crackle> number please?"

Have you changed out / added to your CD stacker (for a whole five discs) a Loudlink unit? Am tempted that way.

Which is why I want to know which dash panel and how to remove to get to the unit's rear66890

On my 07 QP it was mounted on a bracket underneath the radio. Search for QP radio removal on Google. The radio, HVAC, Nav, panel is all one piece and heavy with a bunch of tight cables attached to it. Good ab wotkout:0

Thanks for that, will have a search ~ in the docs when I bought there was an invoice from a previous specialist Mas workshop saying that they'd "changed a fuse" to get the headunit to work at all. The OEM-fitted Vodafone Navtraq doesn't work either (I've got the remote in the car which has got a button on it, Vodafone tell me it's the right remote for this system but say they "aren't allowed" to tell me how to use it ;-) I suspect the plugs for 'phone that handset doesn't even light up, and Navtraq have been pulled.

ABS? Haven't seen them in a while. Used to have a six-pack, now I've got a barrel

My reference was for a USA car with the in car phone option. Obvious there are differences for different regions. Didn't see any fuses while I had the nav/radio panel removed. I used to drink a six pack, now I drink a case:)

EasyMAS 2020 update

We are pushing foward for release but had recent success with ECU's on the B-CAN bus.

So the aim is :-

The system USB or BT will be first sold with :-

F1 Gearbox ECU
Skyhook ECU
Steering ECU
Engine ECU (OBDII)
Airbag ECU
ABS ECU
Instrument Cluster ECU

Later - Free update :-

Engine ECU (Enhanced)

The support for models and years will be specified later after testing.

Regards
Steve
Hello Steve; I have a Maserati Qp 2005 model, would this work on my car? I also live about 5 minutes away from you if you wish to test your kit . Many thanks Phil

I've got a Loudlink Blue 2.5 on its way, so the imperative is less except for getting my QP5 '08MY back close to OEM as possible

In for End Caps ATM ~ here's hoping the workshop dealer spares uses for machining them is working now?
