Fibre optic internet connection

Just got this installed yesterday.....took engineer 2.5 hrs to complete....now at speeds of 30-33-mbs..........WOW.......great living in small N I towns....

This is how the internet is supposed to be.......every download done in secs.....brilliant!

jammy sod, i wish i could get this, but where i live it is really open/countryside so i will never get a fast internet speed.

Adam...there is a way.....via SKY is one...plus a new venture via satellite also, just launched in last few weeks....not sure when ready for service though.......worth enquiring about!

Not sure Enz.......its being rolled out across NI.....neighbour got it before Xmas, the local "cabinet" has a 100 connection capacity ( FOC from exchange to it, then about 200 metres to our place)..............ok...a bit dearer....but much better!

Just checked mine, not available or due to be rolled out in my area...
never mind, I get a good deal with o2 at the moment, pay 7.50 a month, unlimited, and get download speed of around 2.5 - 3.0

Yep, pretty pleased with it...also very reliable,
was with tiscali a couple of years ago...really rubbish!

i used to be with Tiscali, they were terrible. With BT at the moment.
