LOL.....not at that point yet. Not sure the relevance of Carr's Water Biscuits thought so think I've missed something there.I thought you were selling all your material possessions and looking for inner happiness by putting the money in Carr’s Water Biscuits.
It is a very true and valid point. For the mileage I do fuel isn't much of a concern. Just can't see the point in having £20k in the bank losing money as opposed to a nice £20k car/asset that isn't depreciating. The current price of everyday cars presently for £20k, you might as well just say fook it and use it as a daily!
That's what I keep on thinking regarding mine at times.
Just a shame fuel is so expensive at the moment.
Agreed and I did the same when I bought it over 7 years ago. I'd do the same again with the right car and seller. I guess many won't these days. You could always try private sale at price you are happy with. Maybe you’ve ruled that option out.
I guess there’s not too many people prepared to buy a 20k plus Maserati off someone’s driveway, but they are out there, I did it!

Ah, OK I see now. Does he own Carr's Water Biscuits then?Wasn’t there something to do with Jimmy Carr??

LOL....I think that might have been the case in the past but it seems he has seen and corrected those issues now. Not sure he is in to cars too much which is ironic when it is your nameWho knows, apparently he’s got so many offshore bank accounts he could own Chelsea FC too.
LOL....or children's animated films maybe. He could be into Gary Numan.
Thanks....will do. Will be interesting to see what it makes but I guess there will be buyers premium on top that skews it a smidge but not too much.@rockits Keep an eye on this one:
Looks similar age and mileage to yours but a rarer manual. Seems a bit daft they didn’t fix the minor indicator and clutch faults before sale!
Well a Coupe has taken place of the 4200 in the garage but not quite the same
