I was going to get this done with spring and sunshine on its way - if you're going to go first Dave (with them being your spares!) may I have next dibs?

Cheers,
Chris

Hi Chris,
I hope you're still enjoying the car a year on!
You'll need the 3200 bolts that are in circulation, rather than the 4200 bolts being discussed here. They belong to me, but are out there somewhere. Let me see if I can find them and I'll let you know.

Hi Mark,
Hope you're doing well? Still loving the car thanks! It always scares me to type this, but the car has run brilliantly and is still doing so!! (there- I've jinxed it now!) a few bits and pieces have needed doing, like a new thermostat and a new windscreen wiper motor, but nothing major. It still puts a smile on my face to walk out of the house to it, and a grin when the turbos kick in!
I hadn't realised there were both 3200 and 4200 bolts doing the rounds, but thanks- would really appreciate it if you were able to work out who's got them! BTW are you any closer to returning to the trident?
All the best,
Chris

Chris,
Great to see you're still enjoying the car and she's behaving herself for you - I told you she was a good one!
I'm no closer to Maserati ownership sadly. I looked hard for a GS for about 8-9 months and couldn't find what I was looking for. During that time I've had some time to think and would probably prefer a GTS now, although they'll need to drop a bit before I would be prepared to buy. My other option is to look for a 3200AC as a keeper and toy car as I have bought myself a diesel Alfa GT as a daily.
The good news is that I've located the wheel nuts, so please PM me your address and I will have them posted to you.
All the best
MARK

Chris,
Andrew (chippiepilot) has the nuts - he will contact you directly to arrange getting them to you.

Peter - of course. When Chris is done with them he will arrange to post them on to you. Once you're finished please keep them safe until we know who wants them next and then you can post them on. I think they've helped a few owners now and have been up & down the UK - must be the best travelled nuts in the country!

Hadn't thought of that Frank, as different people have used different chromers I think. I'd be happy to leave them at the chromers so there's always a set ready to go. Who does everyone use and what is their price?

Hi Peter, The AC runs 4200 bolts doesn't it? Miles.

Very good point Miles. The AC wheels are the same as the 4200 multi-spoke. I think the 3200 nuts would fit, although the rears would stick out as the hex part is longer. The 4200 bolts don't fit the 3200 at the rear as the head is too short.
Up to you Peter - you can have my 3200 bolts after Chris, or jump on the list for the 4200 bolts.

Here ya go guys....details from the alternative parts thread......

WHEEL NUTS ( Courtesy of X1ons....post #48)

Get your wheel bolts professionally chromed - forum discount:

http://www.classicsandchrome.co.uk/1.html

instead of £3.50 per bolt I've negotiated a deal of £3.00 per bolt for the forum.

Saves you £10 if you are getting all 20 bolts done.

I've just had min done and they have done a superb job - very professional.

Quote this forum and possibly my name - Mark Ions.
