Fuel Additive

Hello everyone.
Still enjoy my first week of Maserati Granturismo Sport ownership.
Have a quick question about fuel additive.
I‘ve ran Redex in all my previous vehicles, from vintage Land Rovers, modern Range Rovers and most recently supercharged Jaguars.
My Maserati will always and only get Shell V-Power, E5, however due to my job will unfortunately spend up to 14 days without being used.
Has anymore had any good or bad experience using Redex or similarly fuel additive?
My theory is that the extra protection offered by such products will reduce the likelihood of anything sticking or getting sluggish in the fuel system.
Many thanks.

14 days is vanishingly unlikely to result in any issues with fuel. My car has sat for much longer than that without anything happening.

On that basis, anything you like will be absolutely fine.
It's worth noting that Zep, if left unused for a while, generally benefits from a squirt of Redex in all plug holes and a hefty slug down the old filler hole as well. But my God, the filthy smoke that pours out the back. It's quite the party trick.
