Fuel filter replacement

Looking for a replacement fuel filter for my 3200 GTA.
Can anyone tell me how many microns it should be? And if there is a preferred unit?

I have found a cleanable one that is 100 microns, would that be suitable?

The direct replacement is Bosch F5087 or any equivalent like Mahle KL204, etc.
