So how is this done ?

Transfer files to desktop
Then
Transfer to stick ?

You mention do not change folder order but if you copy and paste to stick, it just does it

It's more about what's *in* the folders. Drag them to your desktop is fine.

We just need to make sure that when the USB stick is plugged in, the car sees the right folders.

If you're on Whatsapp it's probably easier. DM me for details

Beyond that you need to copy the CTP software onto the stick in the right folder. Access the dealer menu in the MTC then plug in the stick.

Once that's completed you need to clear the stick and copy the map in the right folder to it. Then plugging that into the car will trigger a map update. This will take an hour +

Then repeat with the POI file.

There's a bit more to it than that, but that's the jist

Hi, tried it with no luck. Am I missing something? Attached photos are my info screen, what is now on my 16gb stick and the result.

Hi I haven't tried this yet.

It seems that my HFM may have given up, my phone will not connect via Bluetooth anymore and on the 'phone' screen its just stuck on 'please wait' Does anyone know of a quick fix for this?

Hey guys, I am actually based UK/Poland, but the car itself came from Canada, via Italy of course!

Let me know whether files from your drive are OK for my Levante and I am happy to make a test.

BTW, still can't DM @CatmanV2

How did this work for you all? Also, I am curious to ask in new thread regarding my 2019 Ghibli S gransport in Florida USA. The screens I see in this thread do not match mine, and was wondering if I stick the FAT formatted 16 GB USB with 5.8 GB worth of files I extracted from the Garmin website into the one Garmin folder. Will it work that way?

I don't think so. You've got the updated head unit. So it's a different process I believe.
