No nails or sticks like sh*t should be fine.. Luckily I have the discs. Its the calipers that seem to have disappeared at present
Does no more nails cope well with shear?

Maybe gorilla glue has the grip. Its almost worth buying a shed to try it out for a laugh. On private roads of course.Does no more nails cope well with shear?

Seems to be holding up fine on this one ...Maybe gorilla glue has the grip. Its almost worth buying a shed to try it out for a laugh. On private roads of course.
Just a thought. Could a wheel spacer be used to convert the pcd to the the correct size. Guilla pcd on one side and the GT/GC pcd on the other.
Oh yeah of course. I was thinking backwards wheels to hubs doable doh. Shut up laffing!Yes, to swap the wheels from one car to the other. Not for the brakes though as these are mounted directly to the hub with the original size PCD.
If the hub could be removed from the bearing (which it can’t) you could go mad and make a new one with a different PCD to fit the alternative discs then use a hub adapter to refit your old wheels to the new hub (but only slightly further out). This is only slightly more mental than the other ideas on here, but will probably wipe out all of the potential savings and some. If it were possible, which is isn’t.
Thanks Zep for confirming the Merc ones don’t fit so I’ll just have to cough up for OE when the time comes. Seem to be about £500 each for fronts.
Ah, thought that was each Zep. So by getting yours I would save £300 and still be able to fit the OE wheels and callipers that are on my car now?
