Gransport rear under side

at the rear under the car (rear axel), there is a heat shield and either side of the axel are 2 screw holes were looks like something should fbe fixed.... is this right or do I have a part missing ?

can't seem to find any pics on google

could one of the GS guys spare a moment to check or post a pic of the rear underside of the car where the axel is
